Biography
Bill practices in the firm’s Litigation Group and is a seasoned trial attorney. He has enjoyed success in numerous jury and non-jury trials in Rhode Island litigating workers compensation, misdemeanor and serious felony criminal matters, divorce, custody, visitation and child support matters.
Bill is an expert at integrating today’s modern computer technology in his approach to litigating cases, both inside and out of the courtroom, which provides him with a competitive advantage over other lawyers who do not have the same philosophy.
Before joining D’Amico · Burchfield, Bill was a Providence City Solicitor responsible for prosecuting the City’s daily criminal calendar. He then ventured out on his own as a general practitioner concentrating primarily in litigating numerous types of cases.
Bill is an avid Lacrosse fan and player. He channels his passion for the sport by playing for the local men’s Masters Team and is the coach of his young son’s lacrosse team.
